MP 28.3 Mille Pro tweeter component 28 mm diameter which inherits all the technological characteristics of the Mille Legend ML28.3. The geometry of the Tetolon dome maximizes typical off-axis listening dispersion. The rear acoustic chamber with damping material helps to extend the response to lower frequencies reaching a resonance frequency of only 900 Hz. In this way it is possible to lower the crossover point between tweeter and woofer, improving the sound image in the car dashboard. The massive neodymium engine minimizes non-linearity to handle the musical program with very dynamic transients. The CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) voice coil guarantees a particularly light and rigid voice assembly. These technological elements interact with each other, resulting in a high-frequency extension of 28 kHz, a record for a 28 mm voice coil tweeter. An elegant and compact angled tweeter support is supplied together with the tweeter: this allows for easy installation both on the A-pillars and on the dashboard of the car. The correct angle of the tweeter improves the stereo image, essential for immersive listening.
