Our Returns Policy is part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this returns policy at any time.

By making a purchase through the website (ferrarostore.com) you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Product Exchange & Return Period.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the order delivery date. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or product exchanges.

Useful Information and Advice.

  1. We do not issue refunds if the goods are in transit;
  2. Before purchasing, if you are unsure, do not purchase the product;
  3. To obtain advice on the products to purchase, contact us via contact methods, or on whatsapp;
  4. Exchanges & Refunds are not made for products in transit to be delivered or not yet delivered.
Product Exchange & Return Conditions.
  1. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including the original packaging.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed or damaged.
  3. Each item must be accompanied by the document (receipt/guarantee or other) issued in the box or the original proof of purchase;
  4. The items must not have been installed in the cars;
  5. The items must not be tampered with, modified or have signs of wear;

If you have second thoughts about the items purchased, they must be intact in the original packaging supplied by us;

Note: Item must be intact, unopened and positioned differently as received.

Product Exchange & Return Shipping Costs.

  1.  Shipping costs for product exchanges & returns are the responsibility of the customer, both outward and return;

Product Exchange & Return Conditions.

  1. Full name of the person who placed the order;
  2. Order number;
  3. Items must be in original condition (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged);
  4. All returns must be accompanied with all receipts left in the box;
  5. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. So make sure you send your item back to us using a delivery service that ensures the value of the products. Please pack the product safely, and we do not take responsibility for items damaged by third parties, respect the products as you received them, in any problem created by third parties, due to packaging problems, it will be considered as automatic rejection of the return or exchange of the product;
  6. Return shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable, additional shipping price will be applied to the originating manufacturer;
  7. The site reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not meet our return policy may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Items not eligible for Product Exchange & Return.

Some items may not be eligible for return and exchange, for hygiene, safety or other reasons (listed above). we are keen to verify all the points listed above with the customer to avoid misunderstandings and waste of money. Consult our assistance to receive advice on this matter.

Reimbursement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be made using the same original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancel Order:

  • You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of purchasing on the same day. Please be advised that a handling, processing and transaction fee (30% of the total order value) will apply for cancellation.

We issue a refund and product exchange, at the time only if the customer's case has met the conditions stated above.

Before starting the procedure, we ask for the motivation, and in this case evidence and any other information, please be friendly and available in giving all the information to our operators.
