The MPK 165.3 car speaker system was designed to ensure broad low frequency response, even in cars without space for a subwoofer. Thanks to V-cone® and Boundary Free Surround technologies, the MP 165.3 woofer boasts exceptional dispersion characteristics and generates high SPLs with compact dimensions. The dedicated MPCX 2.3 crossover was designed to take advantage of the wide extension of the MP 165.3 woofers, ensuring a natural transition to the MP 25.3 tweeter, for maximum natural acoustic output. The woofer's 1mm low parasitic resistance copper filter voice coil maximizes its efficiency. The MPCX 2.3 crossover features a tweeter level (0 / + 2 dB) to calibrate the MP 25.3 acoustic output level against that of the woofer.
